Hon. Justice Aliyu Hammed Gegele serves as a Judge of the Kwara State High Court, sitting in Ilorin, Nigeria. His work is defined by a careful reading of the law and a deep respect for the constitutional order.
Appointed to the bench in May 2019 following the approval of his nomination by the National Judicial Council, Justice Gegele presides over civil, political, and criminal matters across Kwara State.
His courtroom reflects the essential role of an independent judiciary: to protect rights, interpret the Constitution, and apply the law without fear or favour.
